I like the uni part and parts of the trainee teaching. I have been teaching and some lessons been better than others. I know its all a learning curve but I do repeatedly ask myself "Why am I doing this?" and "Is it alll worth it?"
I think this is par for the course - and for the first time today i had a few students who were testing me. It took all my self control to ensure that i handled it as best i could - A bit of PEP and then something simular to ..............'shut up! or you are out! said in a nice way ......... did it work hell no but they got on with the work and i have bought soem time to put in place a strategy to deal with them next week.
Anyway, keep plodding on ask yourself these questions in June next year when you've been there, done it and importantly....got the badge
