Workshop - Construction of the Therapeutic Relationship

I started this blog in May of 2006 and, at that time, thought of it as a resource for counselling students at the University of Wales, Newport, which is where I work. It's not an alternative to the material you'll be provided with by your tutors but, rather, somewhere where anything that might be of interest to people who were interested in counselling could be lumped together. As time's gone by I've realised that though the blog is being read by our students, it's also being read by people outside the universtiy. That's absolutely fine by me, and it's good to hear from you (when I do). You'll see that you can comment on any of the postings you'll find here - please feel free to do so. I think it may only be possible for our students to do this, because they'll have a username which will let them log on - but if you can, you're very welcome. Mike.
