We are currently working on upgrades to myLearning Essentials. There are three main aims:

• Give it a more modern look and feel.
• Add some requested features to exisiting features:
• Being able to add staff to module/course groups
• Having a course or module home page where you can add news, links, course descriptions etc.
• Better admin tools
• Better news
• Adding some completely new features:
• Blogs
• Forums
• Staff and Student Web Pages
• SMS Texting

The changes won't be too drastic, so staff and students will still be able to work exactly as before, there will just be some extra features. If you have any comments or concerns please contact michael.webb@newport.ac.uk
