Phil, Keep at it mate - your commitment and enthusiasm is admirable - it seems to me that the tutor observing and giving her version of advice is so great that she can do no wrong - why dont you ask her to 'teach you' and see if she has the campassion to advise, motivate and challenge, rather than as it seems super criticise - I wonder how the students view feedback from her if its as critical as you have experienced - yep, tell you the truth but be constructive (if it is the truth?)

Phil, seems to me the comments are a bit too critical. Keep up the empathy shown regarding your job and the revisiting of learning - yep get them to stand up and write on the white board it gets them involved. Listen and learn but not think.............you may be right she maybe wrong!

Phil i loved it....

You where calm and collected and obviously knew your subject matter.

The views and ideas you gave accross reflected the fact that you have looked at lots of conflicting arguments and you managed to piece them all together.
